Return & Refund Policy
1. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through Bootstrap Island Store are made-to-order according to the customer’s specifications (e.g., size, color, design).
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: store@bootstrapisland.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement through our fulfillment partner Printful, or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if Printful has not begun production.
Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
For eligible defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by Bootstrap Island.
For all other cases (buyer’s remorse, wrong size, etc.), returns are not accepted.
6. Processing Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original payment method after the replacement or returned item has been confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
