All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful using their global production facilities.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship to the European Union (EU), United States (USA), and United Kingdom (UK), and also offer international shipping to many other countries worldwide.
Please note that delivery to some destinations may not be available due to legal requirements or shipping carrier restrictions. If shipping to your location is unavailable, this will be indicated at checkout.
3. Shipping Times
Approximate shipping times (excluding fulfillment):
- EU: 5–12 business days
- USA: 3–8 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–20 business days
All orders require fulfillment time, which is typically 2–5 business days, before shipping begins.
Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other carrier-related delays.
An Estimated Delivery Time is displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on destination and product type.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union or the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at store@bootstrapisland.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. In accordance with our fulfillment partner Printful’s policies, eligible claims will be reviewed and a replacement may be issued at no additional cost.
