2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in EUR or USD, excluding taxes.
  • EU orders include applicable VAT at checkout.
  • Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal; we do not store credit card data.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 5–12 business days
  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, or other delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Made-to-order products cannot be returned for size, fit, or preference issues.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.

7. EU Online Dispute Resolution

EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for disputes regarding online purchases.

8. Products Safety Requirements

  • EU Warranty: 2 years
  • Other compliance information: Meets the flammability, lead, cadmium, bisphenols and phthalates level requirements.
